Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CreatorRadar (the “Service”), an invite-only, UK-focused TikTok Live creator outreach platform for creator networks and agencies. By using the website or requesting early access, you agree to these Terms. This document is for general information and is not legal advice.
Who we are
CreatorRadar is operated by Jamie Mathieson. Contact: jamiemathieson5@gmail.com. The Service is hosted on Railway.
Invite-only access
CreatorRadar is not a public self-serve product. Access to accounts and CRM features is by invitation only. Submitting an early-access request (name, email, and reason) does not guarantee an invite. We may accept or decline requests at our discretion.
Accounts
If you receive an account, you must keep your login credentials confidential and use the Service only for lawful, authorised purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that are misused, compromised, or no longer invited.
Passwords are stored hashed. Session cookies are used to keep you signed in. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful spam, harassment, or deceptive outreach
- Attempt to access other users’ data or admin areas without authorisation
- Probe, overload, or disrupt the Service, hosting, or related systems
- Scrape or resell the Service or its data except as expressly permitted by us
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when requesting early access
Lead CRM features (including TikTok handles, statuses, and messages) are provided as an agency / network tooling aid. You remain responsible for complying with TikTok’s terms, advertising and messaging rules, and applicable law in how you contact creators.
Early access form
Information you submit on the early-access form is used to evaluate invites and may be stored server-side and emailed to us if email delivery is configured. Provide accurate contact details if you want a response.
Advertising
The public landing page may display ads via Google AdSense. Ads are provided by Google and its partners and are subject to their policies. See the Cookie Policy for cookie-related information.
Intellectual property
The CreatorRadar name, branding, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as needed to use the Service or with prior written permission.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis while the product is in early / invite-only development. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that lead data will be complete or suitable for any particular commercial outcome. Use of outreach tools is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms as CreatorRadar evolves. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may be highlighted on the site or communicated to invitees where practical. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
