Privacy Policy
CreatorRadar (“we”, “us”) is an invite-only, UK-focused TikTok Live creator outreach platform for creator networks and agencies. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used. It is written for transparency and is not legal advice.
Who we are
CreatorRadar is operated by Jamie Mathieson. Contact: jamiemathieson5@gmail.com.
The service is hosted on Railway. Data you submit or create in the product is stored server-side in connection with that hosting environment.
What we collect
Early access requests
If you request early access from the homepage, we collect the details you provide: name, email address, and a short reason for wanting access. We may also record technical metadata such as approximate submission time and IP address (for rate-limiting and abuse prevention).
Submissions are stored server-side so we can review invite requests. If email is configured, a copy may be sent to our inbox (typically jamiemathieson5@gmail.com) to help us evaluate invites. We use this information only to assess early access and to contact you about access decisions.
Invite-only account authentication
When an account is created for an invited user, we store a
username and a hashed password (passwords are not stored
in plain text). After you log in, we use a
session cookie (cr_session) so the site can keep you signed
in. Session records are stored server-side and expire or can be revoked when you log out
or when an account is closed.
Lead CRM data (assigned users)
For invited users with access to the product, CreatorRadar stores agency-tool data needed for outreach workflows. Depending on how the product is used, this may include TikTok handles and related profile identifiers, lead status, notes or drafted messages, assignment information, and activity timestamps. This data is provided or generated in the course of using CreatorRadar as a lead / CRM tool and is visible to the assigned user and to administrators as needed to operate the platform.
Admin operations
Administrators may manage users, review early-access submissions, refresh or distribute leads, and perform other operational actions. Admin activity relies on the same authentication and session mechanisms described above, plus server-side operational logs and stored product data.
Advertising and cookies (Google AdSense)
The public landing page may load Google AdSense (publisher ID
ca-pub-2012205573615902). Google and its partners may use cookies or similar
technologies to show ads, measure performance, and personalise advertising where permitted.
See our Cookie Policy and
Google’s advertising policies
for more detail.
Technical and hosting data
Like most websites, our host and infrastructure may process connection data such as IP address, user agent, and request timestamps for security, reliability, and debugging.
How we use information
- To evaluate and respond to early-access / invite requests
- To authenticate invite-only users and maintain sessions
- To provide CRM and outreach features for assigned leads
- To administer the product, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure
- To display ads via Google AdSense on the public landing page (where enabled)
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use early-access form details for unrelated marketing lists.
Legal bases (UK GDPR context)
Where UK data protection law applies, we typically rely on: legitimate interests (operating an invite-only B2B outreach tool, securing the service, reviewing access requests), contract / pre-contract steps (providing the product to invited users), and, where required for non-essential cookies or advertising, consent.
Sharing
We may share data with:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers (currently Railway) that process data on our behalf to run the service
- Email delivery providers (if configured) when early-access notifications are sent
- Google, when AdSense is loaded on the landing page
- Professional advisers or authorities if required by law or to protect rights and safety
Retention
Early-access submissions are kept while we are evaluating invites and for a reasonable period afterwards for operational records. Account and CRM data are retained while the account is active and as needed to operate the product, or until removed by an administrator. Session cookies expire according to session settings or when cleared on logout. Advertising cookies are controlled by Google / your browser settings.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law (including UK GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To make a request, email jamiemathieson5@gmail.com.
Children
CreatorRadar is intended for professional / business users (creator networks and agencies). It is not directed at children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates means you should review the revised policy.
